"The Great American Duct Tape Contest." That's what this garment fit for a rodeo queen was created for. Quite lovely, if you ask me, and I'd say definitely worth first place, which it did indeed win. Other entries included flip-flops, wallets, and random trinkets. With all the colours you can get duct tape in these days, the competitors had plenty to choose from.
